Well, it’s official – people were way cooler back in the day than they are now.  If you don’t believe me just check out this entry from a private investigator’s journal I ran across on a recent case.  Man this guy could spit shine off a wagon wheel… yeah, I know, I need to work on my 1940’s jargon.
